Sekhar Naik
Sekhar Naik serves as the President and CEO of MResult. He has over 15 years
of hands-on experience in information technology, financial services, and
management consulting.
Naik has provided consulting services to several large companies including
IBM Global Services, Lucent Technologies, and Pfizer. He specializes in
business intelligence, process mapping, and business analysis solutions.
Sekhar has also consulted with companies to implement enterprise resource
planning software.
Naik holds an MBA from the University of Delaware with a major in Finance
and Information Technology. He is also a certified Project Management Professional
by the Project Management Institute.
Yann Beaullan-Thong
Yann Beaullan-Thong serves as the President of MResult Solutions, as well as Vice President of Business Development & Strategy for MResult.
Beaullan-Thong has 20 years of experience in developing new products, business plans, and strategy.
He has managed relationships with start-ups, Fortune 100, and international
accounts.
Beaullan-Thong’s expertise is an asset to MResult, where he has demonstrated
an ability to attract large corporate clients by creating innovative solutions
using existing company assets and partnerships. At MResult, Beaullan-Thong
leverages his experience with eChannel distribution partnerships, on-line
and off-line business integration, web business development strategy, brand
requirements, product and market requirements analysis, user experience,
and portal development.
Prior to MResult, Beaullan-Thong served as VP of Business Development &
New Ventures at Aetna, VP of Business Development at Bcrossing Inc., Managing
Partner/Business Development/CTO at Coloteks/Fortress, and Director of Business
Development at EMTEC.
Beaullan-Thong holds a BA in International Corporate Finance from City University
of New York, Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business; a BA in International
Marketing from Institut Universitaire de Technologie, Paris; and an MS in
International Logistics from the Superior School of Transportation, Paris.
Additionally he attended Medical School at La Salle Petriere Paris VI. Beaullan-Thong
is also certified as an IBM Framework Architect for e-business, in Microsoft
Certified Product NT4 server, in Sun Workgroup& Enterprise Solution
Sales, and in 3-Com network solutions.
Bob Moore
Bob Moore serves as the President of MResult R&D as well as the VP of MResult Project Management. Mr. Moore brings over 30 years experience
in Pharma R&D information management plus a strong foundation in business
intelligence to MResult. His primary responsibilities focus on R&D companies,
with specialty attention to the pharmaceutical industry. For MResult’s
clients, he provides project & portfolio management consulting, solution
design & delivery, and mentoring support. He is also responsible for
business intelligence, including reporting, analyses, and dashboards.
Prior to MResult, Mr. Moore most recently served as the Executive Director
and Head of Global Project Management (GPM) Portfolio Operations for Pfizer.
In this role, he led the global R&D harmonization of drug development
project management processes, hosted on the Microsoft Project Server platform
(EPM). Among other accomplishments, he was responsible for managing the
real-time delivery of project and portfolio information during the Pfizer-Pharmacia
merger. He has also held several other director and senior director positions
in Clinical Information Management and Clinical Process Management.
Mr. Moore emphasizes a balanced "people, process and technology"
approach and is certified in the Creative Problem Solving methodology and
Accelerating Implementation Methodology (AIM). He has also worked in a number
of industry R&D initiatives, including service on a joint FDA/PMA task
force focused on establishing Computer Assisted NDA guidelines. Mr. Moore
holds a BS in Biology and an MS in Physiology from Rutgers University.
Chris Shafer
Chris Shafer serves as the Vice President of Product Design for MResult.
Shafer manages MResult's product design and development organization for
healthcare and business intelligence application products. His extensive
knowledge of user experience and information architecture has made him a
leader in creating innovative web-based products. Shafer is talented at
synthesizing many different, sometimes competing requirements into a coherent
whole. He also has an instinctive understanding of the aesthetic components
necessary to create a compelling user experience.
Prior to his tenure with MResult, Shafer helped define the Information Architecture
practice at Modem Media (now Publicis Modem); one of the industry’s
most respected interactive agencies. In this role Shafer worked on flagship
offerings from some of the world’s most recognizable brands, including
GM’s Online Owner’s Center, Kodak.com and AOL’s Consumer Community
and Health portals.
A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, Shafer has over 15 years experience in Information Architecture, User Interface,
and Instructional Design.
C. Kent May
MResult is proud to have C. Kent May as our Corporate Counsel. May is a
corporate lawyer who has directed legal services in corporate transactions
for a wide range of domestic and international clients, including companies
in manufacturing, chemicals, information technology, health care and engineering.
He is a senior advisor at MResult assisting in contracts and other policy
matters.
In conjunction with his corporate law practice, May was a member of Eckert
Seaman’s executive committee and served as the firm’s managing
partner, administrative partner and corporate department chairman, among
other roles.
He has led legal teams in scores of acquisitions, mergers and leveraged
buyouts and represented both lenders and borrowers in financing transactions
involving billions of dollars. He has represented numerous foreign companies
in connection with their investments in the U.S. He also has longstanding
engagements in the technology, services, mining, sports and entertainment,
and retailing industries.
May is a frequent speaker to professional and corporate audiences on loan
transactions, lender liability, officers’ and directors’ liability,
letters of intent, confidentiality agreements and other corporate topics.
A former chairman of the board of The Better Business Bureau of Western
Pennsylvania, Mr. May has been active in business, civic and charitable
organizations. He currently is a member of the Advisory Council of the McGowan
Institute for Regenerative Medicine.
May holds a BA from Dickinson College and a JD from University of Pittsburgh
School of Law. He is a member of the PA Bar; Pennsylvania Supreme Court;
Pennsylvania Superior Court; and U.S. District Court for the Western District
of Pennsylvania. Mr. May has an AV® rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
Barry Foster
Barry is the President of Fostering Solutions, Inc., a management, sales
and leadership consulting firm. He is a senior advisor at MResult developing
customized coaching for the management team.
Barry brings over 35 years of industry, sales, effective management and
leadership development, executive coaching, recruiting experience, and public
speaking to the Group. He develops customized training solutions that produce
long-term results.
Barry is a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC), Certified Professional Behavioral
Analyst (CPBA), and a Senior Advisory Board Member to the Worldwide Association
of Business Coaches (WABC).
Bill Palifka
Bill Palifka serves as Director of Sales for MResult Solutions. His past experiences
include financial sales and interactive marketing for manufacturers including Swiss Army, Audiovox and Thales Navigation.
Bill is passionate about helping his clients advance their goals, with a particular interest in how portal technologies and business intelligence
can work together to help companies turn data into insights.
A graduate of the University of Connecticut and a veteran of the Iraqi War, Bill is active in volunteer work. Bill is a member of The World Affairs Council of Connecticut, a non-profit, non-partisan organization founded in 1924 to promote public understanding of global affairs and world issues.
S. K. Bandyopadhyay
S. K. Bandyopadhyay currently serves as the Senior Advisor for MResult India
and has over 30 years of experience in the IT sector covering R&D, industry,
and teaching. MResult customers benefit from Bandyopadhyay’s extensive
skill and experience in off-shore communications, infrastructure, and software
engineering.
Prior to working for MResult India, Bandyopadhyay successfully led a number
of large scale software projects of national interest. Bandyopadhyay formerly
served as Senior Vice President and Principal Adviser in the Process Management
Division for a large off-shore BPO provider in India, where he managed both
back office processing and call center operation for US clients, helping
to set up infrastructure and processes, recruit staff, and initiate QA procedures.
He also acted as Chief Operating Officer for Apcosoft Infoway Pvt. Ltd,
a software services company specializing in healthcare and e-commerce; Senior
Vice President for Mindware; and Head of TQM in BFL Software Ltd (currently
Mphasis BFL Ltd). Bandyopadhyay has also spent more than 20 years in senior
positions with Govt. of India in Defense R&D, Bangalore including Head
of Software Engineering Division.
S. K. Bandyopadhyay holds M. Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication
Engineering from Calcutta University. He is also a UK certified Software
Assessor. He has also served as Professor and Head of the Dept of Computer
Science and Engineering Dept at an Indian engineering college.
Mohan Naik
Mohan Naik is the President of MResult India. He heads two major areas of
MResult: Finance and Staff Augmentation services. Naik has a strong functional
expertise in financial accounting and sales management functions coupled
with an understanding of IT systems from a business perspective. He has
more than 15 years of experience in financial management, operations, administration,
and HR gained from association with a variety of multi-cultural organizations
Under Naik’s direction, MResult has grown to over 100 employees in
India. Mohan is supporting the ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 27001 initiatives at
MResult Services to ensure superior quality and delivery to customers. Naik
has been instrumental in expanding MResult’s presence into central
East Asia.
Prior to joining MResult, Naik headed an advertising & publishing company
in Dubai.
Mohan holds a Bachelors degree in commerce from S.V. University and is an
Alumnus of Executive GMP of IIM Bangalore. Additionally, he has been trained
in Business Objects at Business Objects UK, courses include Designer and
Reporter modules, which give him an understanding of Business Intelligence
and Data warehousing. His knowledge base includes Oracle, Visual Basic,
MS Access, FoxPro and DBASE. During his tenure in the Middle East he has
acquired knowledge of design software including QuarkXpress, Adobe Illustrator
& Adobe PhotoShop.
Naveen Hegde
Naveen Hegde is Vice President, Business Development and responsible for
client management services.
Prior to joining MResult, Naveen founded three technology companies, Expert
Infotech, Expert Vision Labs, and Soft Machine Systems. Expert Infotech,
a retail/restaurant management system has held a position of market leadership
in Mumbai for over a decade. Expert Vision Labs was a pioneer in developing
imaging solutions, including particle size analysis, material, plant and
animal science.
Hegde’s commitment to innovative technology solutions has been a hallmark
of his career. In the early 90s, he was instrumental in initiating the first
smartcard project in Mumbai for Akbarallys departmental. Hegde holds a Bachelor’s
degree in electronics from Karnataka University.
C. S. Nanaiah
C.S. Nanaiah is a founder and currently serves as the Director of MResult
India. He brings an unparalleled depth of expertise in the financial and
investment to the organization.
Prior to his tenure at MResult, he served in the Indian Banking Industry
(Public Sector Bank) for over 37 years, retiring in April 2000 as Deputy
General Manager. During his banking services, he had initiated total computerization
at the No.1 branch of Vijaya Bank at New Delhi, a first for the Indian Banking
Industry. He had also initiated the concept of “anywhere banking”
in Mumbai. He also served in the financial and investment sector as General
Manager of Bajaj Capital Limited, a leading private investment and merchant
banking company in India.
Nanaiah is also active in the area of Investment Advisory Services through
his own firm, Prudent Investment Services.
Rangan Mohan
Rangan Mohan is a Senior Adviser at MResult Services. Until recently, he
served as the President and CEO of HTMT, the flagship Information Technology
Corporation of the Hinduja Group.
Prior to his tenure with HTMT, Mohan was the CEO and Managing Director of
Global Edge Software Ltd. a fast-growing Bangalore- and US-headquartered
company focused on delivering customer-specific solutions in the embedded
software, systems software and telecommunications areas. He also served
as Managing Director of Mphasis BFL Ltd. and was personally involved in
the setting up and running of their offshore development centers. Mohan
started his career with CMC Ltd and then moved to Wipro Infotech Ltd. before
joining Mphasis BFL.
Mohan is currently independently pursuing consulting and teaching assignments
related to the IT and BPO industry.
Mohan holds a degree in Engineering from the University of Madras in India
and a Post Graduate degree in Management Studies from the IIM Ahmedabad.
